Answer #1

A coroner is a medical examiner of the body.Their main responsibility is to assess the cause of death.

It is required to give information to a coroner in case if the death is not natural normal, homicide ,suicide, accident, young age with suspected injury, etc.,

Any type of document related to patient and death can be provided to the coroner (medical records, lab reports, financial reports, etc.,)

A report can be formed as an affidavit and can be submitted to the coroner or coroner office which will be produced at the magistrate

The evidence or document can be even mailed to them
