Answer: The healthy life is the best example to achieve longevity. The healthy lifestyle and eating habits influences our life span. Although the living terms is not certain by one can keep himself healthy.

The most important method to live is to adopt healthy lifestyle. This includes exercise, eating green vegetables, fish, having adequate amount of dairy products etc. This will reduce the risk of diseases such as hypertension, diabetes etc. So, minimum 35 minutes of walk can also provide better health as it also reduces the risk of chronic diseases, keeps mind healthy. One must have sound sleep to maintain the proper functioning of brain.
