Considering my lifestyle and family history, I am fearing of affecting type 2 diabetes with which is common among family members sharing gene. Besides, I am addicted to alcohol and overweight now, especially my stomach is filled with fat which increases my chance of affecting with type 2 diabetes. Therefore, the steps that I needed to carry out immediately are,

1. Cut down my sugar intake by avoiding rice and other sugary items.

2. Regular work out sessions will cut down my fat level and become fit.

3. Drink a lot of water and researchers prove that drinking tea or coffee without sugar will help to avoid diabetes.

4. Limiting the amount of alcohol intake will make a lot of sense in avoiding diabetes.
