Regarding Carbohydrates we should focus on the type .Whole grain whole wheat bread rather than flour or finely refine white bread or refined sugar.Minimally processed food should be in our diet for healthy diet. Carbohydrates ultimately produce Glucose in our body and which in turn break into Krebs’ acid cycle for production of ATP or energy for body cell into carbon dioxide and water.
CBD are present in many foods like bread,pulses,whole grains beans potato soft drinks etc. we should go for a food that at the same time give carbohydrate and fibre. No soft drink a must.
We should add fruits,vegetables and pulses whole grain bread, beans (cornflakes as cereal in breakfast) instead of pastry, cakes and potato refined sugar and foods made with flour.
