1.any type of illness which is occured through after consuming food due to poisonous content or through contaminated food is called food borne illness.

2.three type of food contaminants are chemical,biological and physical contaminant.

3.fish,Meat and its product,milk and its product,Egg.This type of food should be kept in low temperature inorederto prevent the growth of bacteria.so fridge and freezers can be used to keep this.

4.temperature danger zone of the food is between 40 and 140 degree farehhit.it is important because if we keep food more than 2 hours in these temperature zone bacteria will be grown.
