1.Diltiazem

Thenursing intervention mainly focussed on patient safety in which patient get a chance of orthostatic hypotension. Should advice patient to minimize activities like driving, sports. Should be keen and alert.

2.Adenosine

This drug restires normal sinus rhythm in patient with paraxysmal supra ventricular tachycardia. The main nursing intervention should focus on continous monitoring for broncho soasm.

3.Sodium bicarbonate

To monitor arterial blood gases. Should provide adequate ventilation for patient and monitor oxygenation of the patient. Intake output and daily weight checking is also very important.

4.Norepinephrine

The main nursing intervention is to monitor bloodpresdure and pulse rate contionously. The administration of the drug should concentrate.

5.Nitroglycerine

Should monitor pulse rate and blood presdure. Should check for any allergic reactions.
