1 a .neutrophils are produced in the bone marrow at the center of large bones. While most of the chemotherapy patient experienced neutropenia. We all know about the action of neutrophil it is act as defense against bacterial infection .reduction in these wbc causeincrease risk of infection.

2. A neutropenia case chemotherapy should stop and wait for someday to increase wbc count in blood .neutropenia managed by chemotherapy dose modification ,or initiation of primary prophylaxis.

B. Advises like maintain cleanliness to avoid infection . Have healthy diets. Take rest. Have plenty of water .
