The style of learning impacts academic performance. The common learning styles are visual, auditory, Interactive, tactile and kinesthetic. I have always followed the interactive learning style. The use of discussion helps in learning concepts. The interaction with different learners creates the learning.

People can talk to others or themselves for discussion. Interactive learners like the learning sessions like question and answers.

The group discussions can be utilized to improve the knowledge of many learners, so the interactive learning sessions can be utilized by a group effectively.

I have a group of friends with the same learning styles for group study. In this group interact their understanding and viewpoints, that creates an environment of learning. All the people in the group can learn different aspects of the topic.
