The author named Amy Chua has written an article on 'Why Chinese mothers are superior'. Chinese mothers treat their children so strictly that they have to score perfection mainly in academic fronts. They think that perfection is rooted in the child's nature and only the tough behaviour of parents can bring out that perfection. Chinese parents keep faith in their children that they will score 100 percent in whichever field their children are getting into.

Chinese parents when compared to the other parents seemed to be very strict due to their belief that if your child is not doing good in his/her studied and academic field then it is the mistake of parents only. They spend at least 10 times more on their children for acadaminc growth. They believe that it is the duty of a parent to bring out the best out of your child from all the activities to the top extent as the children won't do it on their own.

They focus on child's strengths but not in its fragility. This is the reason we can see majority participations form East in many of the international competitions. Author's method of appealing to the audience is very much approachable as she had made each and every point of consideration clear and to the point.

Not that only the children of Chinese parents excel in life when compared to the that of other parents but there is a big difference in their mentality and approach to life. They become more strong mentally and physically.
