We should have the row conversations any document each step improve your own performance master performance management conversation is needed. And after a discussion with her and counselling with her we give right way to improve quality of her work after 2 weeks also she has not improved her quality and she have some problems it's not over issue it's our aim to improve quality of work and organisations so we give time to her and after that she has not came out of it then.

Then likewise she has not performing in good work hard work quality has deteriorated and we have noticed some issues we have to done to mint the issues we have to be evidence based on Arabic and we have to take her memo we have to take explanation letter from her for the particular issue and we have to take three mistakes considered in operate that. Repeatedly after this she was doing we took three main memos we should and after that she is doing same as considering the quality of our organisation we have to issue a memo to her and we have to dismiss her from job.

And we have to Krrish 2 coaching these employees explain clearly describe why something needs to change and step to confirm that your employee understands and step free discuss ideas for potential solutions and approaches step for recognise positive movement on effort in order to encourage continued progress towards the agreed upon our goal
