How would you handle the situation if you were an effective HIM manager who practices progressive discipline measures? Justify written approach; why is this the best solution?

Health information management system is having so many disciplinary measures.

In this situation the employee having a personal problem.

If the personal problem is there, the psychological upset is there in employees, so that time they con not concentrate on their work well.

As HIM manager l can handle this situation like

* the manager has to reduce the anger to speaking with an employee.

* The manager has to avoid the degradation of employee.

* The manager has to know the problem of the employee and he needs to provide psychological support and emotional support.

* And he has to explain the problems of that type of behavior in the organizational settings.

* use corrective statements and not threatening words.

* there is a three types of discipline like

- preventive discipline

- supportive discipline

- corrective discipline

Here the manager has to provide or take measures like supportive discipline, because it is a sensitive problem of the employee.

The support is very important in these situation to the employees.

So the supportive discipline is the best solution in these case.
