Diabetis Mellitus is a metabolic disorder in which there is increase in the blood glucose levels . It is of two types :-

-Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus = is caused insulin resistance .
The treatment for type 1 Diabetis Mellitus is Insulin therapy and the treatment for type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is lifestyle modification including and oral hypoglycemic agents like metformin etc . Lifestyle modification includes :-
