1. Answer.

Detailed given by Dreikurs , teachers face problem because they want obedience rather than co operation from students, according to him children and adults can become friends with mutual understanding, co operation and sharing common goals.

It focuses on the influence of society on human behaviour, he said human being is a social being thus all behaviour include misbehavior, and motivation is the key of behaviour in a setting,

Every student behaves in classroom according to his own behaviour not by the social setting, and if those behaviour are not acceptable it creates problem, to correct those mistake of children rather than punishing him encourage him or her to do in right manner , encouragement plays an important role in creating behaviour rather than punishment , participation of student with teacher could play an effective role in establishing behaviour, accept the individual and involve him in behaviour developement.

This can be applied for nursing students as well to achieve optimum goal.

2. Answer.
