They need to understand the behaviour of each other, there should be proper understanding as well as the needs of the patients and healthcare professionals should be completed. All the members of the healthcare organization should understand the Behaviour and circumstances so as to co-operate and bring out better outcomes for the healthcare organization. They should support each other emotionally and spiritually.
This theory can be effective for the person who is chemical dependency as making the family to understand the emotional need of the person as well as the treatment or the therapy the particular person requires.
The emotional, human behaviour should be understand so as to help to recover from any kind of mental problems.
