Aneamea is a considered as condition in which the persons hemoglobin level is low and go below 10mg/dl. It can be due to different reason, but the most important reason for aneamea is iron deficiancy anemea. Iron is the most important part of the hemoglobin and because of this only our blood got the red color. So the person he is not taking adequate amount of iron through the diet can fascilitate in to iron deficiency aneamea. As the main reason for the iron deficiency aneamea were loss of blood or increase in blood volume especially in case of pregnency. So in these conditions the persons diet should include iron and in additional can provide with iron tablets.
If the person is suffering hypertension he has to avoid salty food, but for the normal population also the intake of salt is restricted to 5g per day. So the person who takes more salty diet should have more than this. Also diets like pickles, canned food etc has high content of salt. A person can get an average use of added salt in the house by getting how much they were buying from the shop divided by the numbe rof person in the house and how long it was able to use. For example a four member family uses 1 kg salt per month then each person per day uses 1000/120 = 8.33g and is more than the required amount
