Carolin , 17 year old girl came to the emergency department. She was conscious but her body have many injuries.The triage members thought its a road traffic accident but after physical examination it is identified that she is raped brutally. Her parents don't want to reveal this issue to the public and media.They request the doctors to perform abortion and save the life of their daughter.They refused to case a file.So the hospital ethical committee was confused in dealing the issue.

Then the senior ethicist in the hospital deal this issue. He convince the parents to case the file without revealing this issue to the media.He make them to understand the parents that it is essential file the case.Ethically he is responsible to meet the client needs.so he is responsible to maintain confidentiality in the issue.

Case 2:

James is the mental health nurse working in the mental health clinic.He is responsible to the client was busy in documentation work so she skips room rounds.One of the patient try to escape from the hospital by climbing in the wall. one of the worker found it and stops the client act and bring him to the nurses office.

By hearing this the nurse physically abused the client by restraining by chains and locked him in the room and beaten brutally. The another nurse working in the same clinic act as the client advocate and file case against James.Because legally and ethically , must consider the client as human and restraining without concerns is the error he is committed and physical abuse is against human rights.

Lilly , 45 year old women was in the oncology ward. she had breast cancer she was in treatment for nearly 20 years.she is single she has no support . she is financially not able to treat her condition now.So the hospital considering one of her cousin as legal guardian and discuss about her condition. the client herself request for mercy killing because she was unable to tolerate the pain of the treatment.

So the hospital committee considering her condition and getting proper concerns from the client guardian confirmed the vlient for assisted suicide and stopped giving treatments to her.
