Over use of antibiotics,

Patients not taking full course of antibiotics

Least research in antibiotic field

Poor hygiene

More use of antibiotics in animals,

Poor infection control in health care settings a.

Vaccination : This is the only method that leads to the resistance towards certain deadly diseases Vaccination helps to acquire immunity and leads to prevention of further disease.

Cleanliness ; Cleanliness can prevent from many diseases which spread from domestic flies, it can prevent from many viral diseases like swine flu andbird flu if we properly wash our hands.
