-- Managed care is the way of assembling the who are providing the health care to attain the 2 goals of controlling the costs of health and managing the quality of care. In United States of America there are private and competitive healthcare insurance system which makes managed care.

-- There are many importance for the managed care like :

-- The managed care system is always trying to reduce the healthcare cost without reducing the quality of care they are getting.

-- In the older days the patients were needed to make copies of their medical files but not it is not needed because the in new modern care one single authorization make it possible the network to access your files when seeing a provider.

-- simple prescription management.

-- Managed care guarantees the care with in the network.

2) Focus on health equity

-- The quality given in health and healthcare will be different in different populations and places.The study and cause of this is called Health equity.

-- By this everyone have the opportunity to gain good health .The inequities varies from health disparities which are having difference in health status between people who are connected to the different social and demographic factors like the gender, race and income .

-- And if the health insurance don't meet the minimum coverage standards spelled out in the affordable care act and you may need pay a fine.

3) Mandatory health insurance

-- All the insurance agents should provide this insurance without checking the clients age or health/ medical conditions.They don't have the right to make profit from this kind of basic insurance but can in supplemental plans .And the compulsory coverage provides for treatment in the case of pregnancy, diseases and any accidents.

-- The affordable care act says that it is required to have everyone a health insurance or pay a penalty.But according to the new law the businesses with fewer than 50 full time equivalent employees are not needed to give insurance to their employees.

4) patient participation
