Believing cultural factor in hospital set up is important but very tough in managing patients.So there will be language problems, health beliefs during span of care.

Medication preparation:

1. During medication preparation nurse or health care personel should be very carefull because if the nurse has lack of knowledge then it will harm the patient. Don't know how to prepare a medication etc.
2. During adminstration- If the language problem is there means it will be tough for patient also even nurse too, so knowing regional language or what patient talks make more importance to nurse who adminster medicine.
3. Eg:If the patient has lack of knowledge about medication and wrongly diluted the medicine and prepared , given to patient, then it will be harmful to patient.
4. If the patient doesn't understand nurse language then it will be tough to adminster medication to patient.
