Foods plays an important to prevent many diseases which are long term. They are broadly classified as fruits,meat,vegetables,grains,confectionary products

The food groups like fruits,vegetables and grains(cereals,pulses ) have scientifically proved that it prevent chronic diseases like diabetes,cardiac ailments,cancer,obesity.

Restriction or limitations of food products which are refined from their natural content like white sugar,refine oils,saturated fats,cheese,creams,ice creams are all unhealthy. If consumed for a prolonged period of time can lead chronic diseases.
