Identify two specific events in your life that you consider to have been occasions for acting in an ethical way. Describe the events, your feelings, and the learning processes that took place as a result of these two events. Compare the two events and the hard choices you had to make in each event.

1. When i went for the psychiatric posting during that period one patient told me that another patient are talking about me and they are trying to harm me , they are planning against me (i.e known as delusion of persecution). so i act over their ethically and heard everything from the patient, gave him opportunity to express about his thinking process then i clarify his doubts during the group therapy by introding to each other.

2.Based on ethicle principle of confidentiality- during the posting of meical ward one patient was undergone for HIV testing. and when the result came his relative were asking the report about the test. which was not right. according to ethics result of HIV test should be fisrt disclose with the client and i did the same thing i didnot disclose his report with the relative . its necessary that we should maintain the confidentiality during clinical practice.

Both the situation were having sensitive ethical issue where in first example maintained the right of mentally ill patient (i.e- mentally ill patient have right to communicate), so i allowed him to share his feeling so that proper tratment can be done.

In second example maintained the confidentiality of the document which was also very important under the ehical values.
