• Ensuring the employee's follows the organizations protocols, policies,riles and regulations
• Provide adequate training on cross culture untie work place
• Follow a common or universal language, when talking with a client of different language ,the bilingual or multilingual staff can face then and solve their problems easily
• Allow the staffs to come out with their needs and demands and sort this as early as possible
• Te individual shoud treat each other with a mutual respect
• Get regular feedback fromnthe staff and make necessary changes
• Regular and periodic meeting and addressing these problems
