The exercise professional is mainly concerned for Fitness and exercise. He is not a nutritional therapist.Hence he is  not allowed to prescribe or diagnose any nutritional conditions.Only he can recommend or suggest with food ideas.Example : He can suggest the food items rich in calcium but he is not supposed to prescribe calcium supplements.

Here for obese adult he cannot prepare the diet plan.Because obesity is the nutritional condition.Preparing diet plan to that is like treating a disease condition.Hence it is outside the scope of practice. While all others are just the suggestion of list of food items.
