When dealing with autism agitated patient, One should ensure the safety of the patient, himself, and other staffs. Provide physical space to the patient and avoid keeping of objects in the surrounding environment to avoid physical harm to the patient and others. Staff members should be efficient to control the negative reactions of the patient. Staff should change the patient intervention according to the priorities. The staff should capable of managing the emotions and stress of the patient, so that he can protect the patient and himself. The staff should avoid coercive treatment which further increases the patient's aggressive behavior. The staff should be adequately trained to control aggressive behavior.
