Answer: In the mentioned case, the patient is having schizophrenia as well as back pain. The schizophrenia is a condition where the person is unable to think, act, feel as well as behave properly. The continous back pain causes the risk of increase schizophrenia. The pain is 10/10 means that it is unbearable hence it can increase the chances of mental illness.
