The receiver of a message attaches meaning to the message based on verbal and nonverbal communication. Provide examples of each and describe how the receiver may put his or her own interpretation on them.

When we communicate with someone there are two methods we use the communication like verbal and non verbal communication..
Verbal communication means  we communicate others with words,it is a open communication it can extend from few minutes to hours..
Example:
when we communicate with our friends or coworkers we need to hear their speech,judgement about their background and ability and understanding..verbal communication with some other language we need more listening skills to make sure their understanding especially in clinical setup to know what is their needs..it need rapport communication that reinforce openness in others,interpretation with their speech can be using encouragement and positive reinforcement..making closed questions like "Did you go home by bus or train" and open questions like "what was the vegetable rate yesterday" make sure scope for self expression and encourage involvement in the interpretation..It show interest and respect..The communication with open and closed ended conversation can improve verbal communication..Reflecting is the important skills make useful in interpretation with effective communication..it is also important that voice,body posture,gesture and facial expression included in the verbal communication..
Non verbal communication:
non verbal communication in the field of interpretation help to understand the speaker intention..
Example:
In health care organization from different culture the people work and they use non verbal communication for their understanding and interpretation..Body language like face,eyes,hands ,posture,touch and gesture and eye contact important in nonverbal communication..the tone of voice,pitch,volume,quality important with communication..in non verbal communication effective actions can speak louder than words..It means than content of message the way we communicate is important in nonverbal communication..it must has complete expressions,hands and eye movement,posture and gestures ..Awareness needed when we interpret with non verbal communication..Knowledge and signs can make people understand with concern and make great understanding in the purpose of communication..
