Answer #1

Hospital A is in stage 4 of implementation becuase it has basic ancillaries adoption in stage 1 and CPOE(computerized practitioner order entry) and health professional documentation included in stage 4.
The next implementation model to focus on both hospital vision to create and support communication, care coordination and data sharing across the organization. so they have to adopt stage 7 for managing patient care including documentation in the EMR environment. no more paper charts should be used. Using data warehousing to analyze patterns of clinical data to improve quality, safety and efficiency care for the patient. Clinical information can be thorugh electronic transaction to all centers, there should be a data sharing envienemnt. Data continuity for all hospital services. physician documentation and CPOE use should reach upto 90% and achieve a closed-loop process for hospital service including ED.
