Increasing saturated fat and added sugars in food will increase the nutrient density.But in the option B it said that the increased saturated fat and added food will reduce the nutrient density.Nutrient density are the food which are more in nutrient value.

  In the given options in question 12 the option which is not true is option A.Minimally processed frozen vegetables does not offer as many nutrients as their fresh counterparts.
