It helps in various stages of planning, evaluation, implementation to target health behavior. the effects of adverse life experience and biological system change with illness increase attention for health behavior warrant. Health education should be based on behavior changes to target population.theory of reasoned action, health belief model, social cognitive theory engage in health behavior. it does not need the necessary skills and ability to follow the behavior. If a person has a strong commitment to perform behavior then they get skills and abilities to perform the behavior without any environment barriers to prevent perform the behavior. these theories use different factors for behavior intention like attitude, perceptions, and sense to perform the behavior.
