Ans head injury = brain dysfunction caused by an outside force,usually a violent blow to the head .

Traumatic brain injury often occurs as a result of a severe sport injury or car accident.

Critical poiny of head injury = motor vahical accident

- sports injury

- falling, fall from height, fall into deep.

- blunt injury

- sharp injury

Responding the consciousness =measure the glass coma scales, eye response score 4

- verbal response score 5

- motor response score 6

Client education for hypoglycemic shok = hypovolemic shock occurs when there is loss of fluid resulting in inadequate tissue perfusion, caused by excessive bleeding, diarrhea or vomitting fluid loss from fistulas or burnd.

Education = correction of underling cause, fluid and blood replacement, oxygen therapy ventilator, dietary plan ,
