1. Understanding that both structure and culture are extremely important, which of these two dimensions is more essential to the success and sustainability of an organizations, and in your experience/opinion does one dimension precede the other? In other words, is it crucial to establish one of these two dimensions before the other, if so which one?

Structure dimesion include the way in which business activities are carried. Structure dimension include various types of structure in which organization work. For example standardization, centralised, formalized, Specilazation etc. These dimesions decides the degree of control with every person in the organization. Some organizations follow the structure where all the decision are taken by CEO or board of directors whereas some organizations follow the structure where activites are divided area wise and every department is responsible for their area of work.

Cultural dimesion shows how people in the organization behave with each other. How they greet each other, how they respect one another's background, how they celebrate different events etc.

Structural and cultural dimesion are equally responsible for growth and success of the comany. It is very important to choose your structure wisley and it depends on the type of your industry where you decide, can we welcome the other's suggestions or do we have affordability if we face loss due to these decisions or should we keep our structure more formal and narrow. Some structure dimesions are goal oriented however some focuses on how the work is done and how much the risk was involved in the particular task. Therefore outcome of every organization are effected by these factors. And they play very crucial role.

Similarly cultural factors decides the longitivity of the employees. Positive workplace and a healthy culture motivates the employees. If people respect each other, it become very easy for everyone to work because every organization has employees from different background and family. A good culture enhances the goodwill of the organization.

Therefore in my opinion both the factors, infact all other factors are equally responsible for the organization. We can not ignore or give superiority to one factor only. These both are different but interrelated to each other as structure gives a rise to the culture of the organization which is very important aspect for success and sustainability of the organizatio.
