Answer #1

Answer and explaination -

Vegetative cells are subjected to stressed environmental conditions like nutrition deficiency then they produces though dormant and inactive form called as endospore.

They are resistant to staining also. so they are stained with Schaefer Fulton method, to distinguish between vegetative cells and endospores. After staining the vegetative cells appears as red or pink, background looks colourless and the endospores are green in colour.

In the given images 1st and 2nd image show's only pink coloured vegetative cells. There is no endospores present.

In 2nd image of 2nd slide shows little green colour but is due to the remain malechite green colour after incomplete washing.

Therefore given both the slides are endospores negative.ony vegetative cells are present.

Look at the immunohistochemical fluorescent tagged picture below. In this preparation multiple proteins were "tagged" using antibodies or chemicals that were conjugated to fluorescent tags. The blue stain is DAPI which binds to adenosine/tyrosine rich areas of DNA. The green stain identifies microtubules. You will notice that unlike H and E preparations you can't see any other structures within the cell. Adjacent to the cell of interest there are multiple nuclei visible which show diffuse and unorganized DNA. What stage...
