Note the following rules to find Early Start (ES), Early Finish (EF), Late Start (LS), and Late Finish (LF).

ES of the starting activities = 0ES of all other activities = Max. (EF of their immediate predecessors)EF of an activity = Its ES + Its durationLF of ending activities = Their EFLF of all other activities = Min. (LS of their immediate successors)LS of an activity = Its LF Its duration

Note that in this problem, the time constrained schedule is given with the following values of ES, EF, LS, LF, and Slack.

Note that for the 1st and 4th month, the resource requirement becomes more than two while the available resources per month are 2 only. So, resource leveling is necessary to find a feasible schedule.

Month 0 to 1

Eligible activities are 1, 2, and 3. Minimum slack is for activity 3. So, load activity 3 first. Next, load activity 2. Now, loading activity 1 is not possible because the resource limit is reached.
