Recall team activities in your company or in your previous courses. Were the activities successful? Do you have good feelings about team work? How did your boss/instructor define incentives for the group’s outcome? How would you describe the productivity based on the incentive?
Team activity is an essential part of my company to strengthen
the relationship between the team members. Team activity helps us
to perform effectively for any task. In my organization, leaders
have applied several team building activities. For instance,
brainstorming sessions, puzzle-solving, complement circle trying
are the most effective team building activities that our leaders
emphasize.
These activities help us a lot in valuing others' work. It also
helps us to understand the necessity of team efforts to accomplish
any task. For example, solving puzzles help us to enhance our
thinking ability and coordination with others. Trying the
Complement circle teaches us the necessity of encouraging others to
work in a team. It further helps to strengthen team bonding. The
brainstorming session teaches us to focus on our goals. It tells us
focus is the key element to achieve the targets.
Yes, teamwork provides me lots of good feelings with positive
memories. It enhances trust within team members, which affect
positively on the work progress. A healthy working environment is
observed in my organization because of these team-building
activities.
Our boss offers incentives to us when we perform well and achieve
the targets. Incentives motivate us to give out the best shots
towards the tasks. Every time we feel charged and we try to perform
well. Boss has distributed some percentage of profits after
accomplishing the targets.
Productivity has increased when our boss has started distributing
the incentives. It indicates the reward program based on the
performance of the employees. We feel motivated when the company
appraises our performance. The incentives are generated along with
the salary at the end of the month. Thus, we get much higher
remuneration every month, which improves our interest in the
tasks.
