Not sure what information you need this is the BSG Simulation used in class for an athletic footwear company. I need to supply an answer to the questions listed below. This really needs t be answered by someone who has participated in the BSG Simulation before.

- What were the key learnings during the BSG Simulation?

- What strategies were successful and why?

-Which were not and why not?

1.Key Learnings :

a). The participants get an opportunity to compete in a global market arena, selling their product (athletic footwear) branded and private-label, and competes head to head against footwear companies in four geographic regions- Europe-Africa, North America, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.

b). The co-managers of each participant company are responsible for assessing market conditions, determining how to respond to the actions of competitors, forging a long-term direction and strategy for their company.

c). The participating team of respective company got an idea regarding forecast of upcoming sales volumes, and making decisions related to Production operations, Upgrading plants and expanding plant capacity,
