Job Analysis: Job analysis is a process where job duties and requirements are identified in detail.

It includes gathering and recording the activity data, checking the exactness, composing set of working responsibilities and numerous more tasks. This makes work examination a long and time taking process for managers. They think it is as a non-profitable as it doesn't produces any tangible advantages. They imagine that the time consumed in collecting and checking the information can be generally used for some productive work.
