I will practise encouragement and motivation of employees from all angles:

  • conducting different events and industry related seminars to keep them engaged
  • Provide them Operational specific training to reduce any downtimes and become more efficient, reducing bottlenecks in the operational efficiency
  • develop a better synchronization by Communicating more frequently with other team members on professional or even personal matters to, benefitting from team productivity later
  • get Bothered on achieving team targets plus individuals', so that employees don’t lose any money
  • put myself in their shoes and think for any difficulties faced by them and try to resolve practically, develop more empathy
  • ensure a good interface with other projects or functions
  • Introduce fun/ entertainment games
  • Introduce family/ friend packages to gain more interest, engagement
