managers and leaders are the most imporatnt formal positions of any concern /firm .and are most responsible characters of firm to inherit growth and development as a whole.

some key techniques to build a strong and bond between managers and emplyees aare,

  1. good conversation skills.
  2. timely reviews of work done.
  3. spontanious solution or decision making skill
  4. calm and composed sort of behaviour is necessary.
  5. believing in overall growth as a whole is binding.
