Have you improved the contrast of the image? 7. If you observe a specimen under crossed polarizers and see something shining brightly, what does this tell you about the brightly shining structure? What is this phenomenon called? 8. You aregiven a slide of living unctained cells. What adjustments would you make to your microccope to encure that you were able to best obcerve the cells? 9. 5. Didymium filters will be used . It is also known as enhancing filter . It is made of didymium glaas to increase the intensity and saturation of red objects. Thin section of biological tissues are stained with one or more dyes to enhance visiblity of specimen , if taking photo of these specimen it is desirable for the stained colour to appear in the photo . While most stain show well on coloured film , there are several that appear washed out , this didymium filter help to combat this washed out problem.

I hope this will help you if you really like it then give me a thumbs up, thank you!
