Answer #1

1. bones and joints- bones are known as living tissue.physical activity make our bones stronger and tough.regular exercise helps our bones to become more flexible and stronger.it helps to form new bone tissue also reduces the risk of falling. the weight bearing exercise help us for muscle strength and lower the risk of bone fractures.it increases the bone density like regular exercise make our joints dense and more stronger. exercise maintain the weight balance.swimming and bicycling do help build strong muscles.

2. as our body is consist of 206 types of bones all the bones response to the exercise ,Bones experience huge forces during movement so the long bones are more responsive to exercise. our hands ,legs consist of long bones ,we do exercise also cycling, running, swimming etc where we mostly use our hands and legs which make our bones more stronger and denser. Bone's response to these forces. Bones and muscles both become stronger when muscles push and tug against bones during physical activity.

types of bones lower limbs (the tibia, fibula, femur, metatarsals, and phalanges) and bones in the upper limbs (the humerus, radius, ulna, metacarpals, and phalanges).they support the weight of the body and facilitate movement.
