Guided imagery is also termed as guided affective imagery or katathym-imaginative psychotherapy KIP is a mind-body intervention which needed an assitance of trained practitioner to evokesensory perception of sights, sounds, tastes and also generate mental images. It helps to lose wight in healthy way and shapes the physical nature. It also helps to relieve mental stress and lowers blood pressure by relaxing the mind. It was not tough to do and it was very enjoyable!

HR before : 92 bpm. HR after: 70 bpm.

2. The last experience with nature was a swimming in a natural pond. The pond was surrounded with more green bushes and an attanched farm house. The experience is still afresh and it was awesome. The smell of water and side by fields were pleasant. The moment i have been into the place, I feel much relaxed.
