I am an MBA graduate in marketing and sales specialization and last 9 year working as a sales manager with a multinational electrical and switchgear manufacturing company and my major sector project sales. Last two years I am a number of salespeople that all the possible by hard work, affirmations, visualization, deliberate practices, commitment, motivations, routine and ritual practices, positive belief systems, customers relationship management, strategic working, regular follow up, never mind about the target and focus on commitment, self-evaluation, and many more things.
Training, development, motivations, performance-oriented attitudes, and accepting the challenges always lead to success in any field but in sales, our patience level, emotional intelligence, hard work, level of satisfaction, commitment, routine follow up counts much.
