A. Concentration of F2,6BP are decreased.

D. Glycosis is slowed down

E. Phosphorylation of phosphofructokinase 2 and fructose bisphosphatase 2 occurs.

Glucagon increases blood glucose level by decreasing the glycolysis. F2,6BP increases glycolysis.This is synthesised by phosphofructokinase 2 and its production is inhibited by fructose bisphosphatase 2 . Phosphorylation inhibits phosphofructokinase 2 and activates fructose bisphosphatase 2. Glucagon decreases the F2,6BP and phosphorylates phosphofructokinase 2 and fructose bisphosphatase 2. This leads to decreased glycolysis.
