Since the volune is measured too early the measured volume will be less than the actual volume and we have

PV= RT

R = (PV)\div T

R\propto V

So as the measured volume is less than the actual volume the value of 'R' calulated from the experiment will be less than the actual value of 'R'. So the accurate measurement of parameters is very important in an experiment.
