As the enzyme is best suited to work in the pH range of 4.5-5.0, if the pH is above 5.0 or when below 4.5, it would decrease its activity. This would however not cause loss of function.

Temperature below bdy temperature would also reduce the catalytic activity.

A genetic mutation can render the enzyme functionless. Increase in temperature can denature the enzyme, thus abolidhing its function. Thus, options d and e are right.
