the cholera toxin is a A-B type toxin. the A subunit (A1) will binds to the G protein and subunit of this toxin (A1) hydrolyze the NAD which gives ADP-ribose and nicotinamide. this ADP-ribose binds to the alpha subunit of the G protein and thus preventing dissociation of Galpha and beta-gamma separation.

so option C is correct.
