14.Common feature of both prokaryotes and eukaryotes is :- ability to have multiple ribosome on a single mRNA for more efficient translation. This structure also known as Polyribosome or polysome.

15.If -35 bp and - 10 bp consensus sequence present In prokaryotic then :- RNA polymerase holoenzyme will start transcription downstream of this promoter.

16.Binding to Poly A polymerase not occurs at CDT tail of RNA polymerase II. CTD tail of RNA pol II is a extension of large subunit, is involve phosphorylation by TFIIH transcription factors. CTD tail also involved in binding of spliceosome

17.During eukaryotic capping, a phosphohydrolase enzyme remove gamma phosphate from 5' nascent mRNA and creating 5'diphosphate .The Guanylyl transferase enzyme added Guanine residue at the 5' end of mRNA. Now if this poison block this enzyme then mRNA will have two phsophate group at the 5' end.
