Binary fission in bacteria involve DNA replication , formation of a new cell wall and also the elongation of cell and is a form of asexual reproduction . DNA replication also takes place in mitosis . Both the processes result in formation of genetically identical cells as mitosis helps in asexual or vegetative reproduction .

So option C . I , ll and lV is correct .
