Here the figure depicts recombinant proteins with various types of signal sequences.

Here the final cellular destination of each protein is shown in image- 'B' because mRNA comes to the cytoplasm of the cell from the nucleus through ER and then protein synthesis occurs in the cytoplasm. So, the "nucleus import sequence" and "ER import sequence" must be present there.
