Free-energy change of a reaction depends on the concentration of the reactants and products and the temperature at which the reaction takes place. It is given by the equation:

ΔG = ΔG0 + RT ln Q

where ΔG0 is the standard free-energy change for this reaction, and Q is the reaction quotient

Here, ΔG0 = -16.7 kJ/mol and Q = (0.074 mM * 0.25 mM) / (6 mM * 1 mM) with T = 310 K

On calculating, we get ΔG = -31.60 kJ/mol
